Well it had been a on going situation. We had pumped like three times in the last four years. The last time my son told them even after the last time his toilet continued to get back up which backed the whole house . Then I heard about King septic from a very good friend. He said to make sure you call them. They’re honest and professionals. When the young man came with his coworker, he pumped it all out and my son went out there with him and he told him listen this is what’s been going on after everybody leaves. I’m still backing up. He said I believe you have a clog and that’s why it’s still so bad. He proceeded to flush it all out and within minutes everything went down and the experience was perfect. It’s now been almost 2 weeks. No problems just waiting for our permitting to get the new septic system, but I highly recommend King septic from the very beginning that I talked to the owners. They were so professional but yet so kind when I let him know the situation. Call them if you need anything Ileana.

Called 20 septic companies and they got me in a couple hours. They were very polite. Explained everything perfectly. Also their price was the best.

Amazing service and very professional! Had an emergency and out of 17 phone calls and 3 calls back they were the only ones to get me in the same day. King Septic came out and took care of my problem right away. This is my second time using them and I highly recommend.

Sooo long story short , bought a house and the leech field failed literally 2 weeks after closing..came out located my kids and drained everything out , showed me the poorly built leech field and gave some advice..quoted me for a leech field and the lady in the office has been amazing with helping my family. Having them replace the leech field this month.i have had 2 techs both very polite and knowledgeable..I always got calls and pictures. The biggest plus , for what I pay…they come ALL the way out to fort McCoy to help and that’s a steal since closer companies are far more expensive.

This was the 4th company I called, on a Saturday, to have my septic tank pumped in an emergency situation. Not only did they call me back immediately but they had someone at my house less than 2 hours later. The cost was reasonable and Justin was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Greg was the only septic guy who will help me. 3 others turned their backs. My septic tank is mostly covered by a Florida room. He says he can add a cover to allow clean out. The others wanted a new one but said the job was too big. My job is scheduled for a few months out. Luckily, it’s still working ok. I can update after work is complete. Completed and extremely happy. This was a major challenge, other companies wouldn’t touch it. My tank is under a sun room. They added a new cover to make easier next time, and dealt with a difficult installation. Greg and his team were excellent, looking to save me money, but do the job right. Had it completed quickly. I’m so glad I heard about them. Highly recommend. Had to have a new lift station, and his team did an excellent job.

Forgetting that it was Saturday. I dialed King and hung up, thinking that they were closed. Within minutes, Caroline called me back. She said that Lee could be there on Monday. Lee called me first thing Monday morning and said that he would be there in 20 minutes. He was quite knowledgeable and efficient. King Septic is affordable and highly recommended.
